Need Help with control Panel

I have just noticed that after installing vbhacker.php into my admin folder I can no longer access the control panel. It goes to index.php and gives me a default view of my forum (see attatchment)

I really need some help because i have no idea what went wrong

Sorry I got it fixed, I wont tell you what I did its too embarasing but im sure some of you can work it out.
