Member Locking threads

Hi,
Is there a hack here that allows a user to lock their own threads in a particular forum?

I know I can set it per usergroup in Admin, but I would like to allow users to have the ability to lock their own threads in one forum only.

Just edit the permissions for that forum; one of the permissions is the one you seek.
