I search a hack that the moderator can ban a user for few time (10minutes example), if there is a system to do a user the paper yellow to advise o red to ban for 20 min is very cool you don't think :D ?

If you're willing to wait a month or so until vB3 is in RC phases, it has this feature IIRC.
