IdealBB Conversion Possible

I was referred to this site by the people at vBulletin.

We are actively seeking to use the vBulletin for our sites. We currently use IdealBB and want to change asap.

I am wondering if anyone here would be able to assist us with this by converting our forums to the vBulletin package.

We are not experienced in PHP/MySQL but fast learners although this task I believe would be a little above us right now. We are running Windows, MS SQL currently so we would need to install PHP/MySQL - we can do this but I would think you might be better at actually setting it up to get the best performance.

Any advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If IdealBB is free then you might be able to get somebody to do it (although less likely than other boards because the people here mostly only know PHP, not ASP). If it's not free then you may have to end up buying a license for a developer or transferring your existing one.

Thanks for the reply. IdealBB is not free but we would be willing to pay someone to do this for us of course.
