I get loads of hits on it but no-one registers, why? why damnit? if the reason "oh theres no-other members there" sorta excuse thats sad, how do they expect people to be on there if everyone thinks that? :(

Doesn't look too bad. Kinda bland at the top with a lot of extra space. Maybe a large-width banner would suit?

Also, I think a dark black and green theme would fit well for a Matrix Message Board. Nothing too dark or too bright, but subtle. Here is a Matrix Board that pulls off the dark scheme pretty well:

The secret to tons of hits is you've used your forum in one of the hacks so everyone checks it out :)

I've joined, I think the Matrix (although I didn't much like the second one, made no sense to me, although I understood it I think) and online gaming combination is a winner.

To be honest, it's a little bright. I love light schemes, but your greys are not dark enough. They blend in with the background too much.

You have a few too many forums for 10 members.

Otherwise it's nice. Could do something more with the header though?

Forums now updated :) added a better and more "me" touch :)
