Centered Thread Title

How do I get mine like it is here at vBulletin.org? Such as when viewing the thread you see the nav bar but rather than see the thread in the series like this

Teen Advice Center > Teenager Advice > Feeling blue? > Help

it would be

You have to edit the function makenavbar in admin/functions.php
