I've heavily hacked PCReview in the last week or two to add some new features to the forums/site (mainly the gallery and aesthetic things).
It would be really great if I could get some feedback on how to make the site look better, attract more posting members, and any hacks that would be worth installing!

I think you're restricting too much space from the forum part. That should be the main bit. I suggest you just make one left/right side table or something to free up some room for your forum.

I've got loads of members, but only about 5% active - any tips on how to improve that would be welcome!

Try sending out a global e-mail reminding them about the forum?

Will do that at the weekend when I get some proper articles up. I've got the CMS all sorted now :)

Ian - if you're going to consider sending out general email reminders to your members to boost activity, then you might also want to consider using this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32129&highlight=community+bulletin) hack. I use it myself and it worked for me :).

Cheers - I'll give it a go :-)
Any features you can think of that would be useful?
