Really not to sure how o explaine this but heres a screen shot of a forum that is using it. Notice that the "forum request" is inside the table and not making a whole new surrounding for it. I cant find where to do this anywhere on vb.org

omg i hopw your joking when you asked me that. Of corse it is. Anyway i figuered it out
