Admins/SuperMods/Mods exempt from posting character limit v1.0

Thanks goes out to Logician for this code. He did all the hard work, I just found the places to add it.

What this hack does:
This hack will give the Admins, Super Moderators and Moderators a character limit of 1,000,000 bytes per message, making them practically exempt from any character limit imposed on the board.

Files to edit: 5 (newthread.php, newreply.php, editpost.php, private.php and private2.php)
Templates to edit: None
Install time: 5 minutes (average)

I am actually surprised this hasn't been made a hack. I was searching for it as one of my first hacks. Is there one for exempting the censored words? I don't really need it (no censored words, pretty much anything goes forum) so it isn't important or anything.

Zzed released a hack here that allows Admins and Mods to be exempt from the censor.
