View Full Version : What's wrong with my account ?

My forums is sponsored and the person who owns the license has my email in the list under his license.

I can access the Full Releases forum , but trying to view code , download hacks etc gives me a "I am a showing up as unlicensed warning page'.

What could be wrong ?
And i cannot even use PM to get in touch with the admin/mod ...

Make sure you are using the same email address here at vB.org, as the one that the license owner submitted.

I have been able to access everything for the past few months ..... its only today i logged in and find i cannot.

Same case for VbTemplates ( i believe they linked up the license thingy too )

Did you go to here (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) (vB-germany users click here (http://www.vbulletin-germany.com/members/forums.php)) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed?

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

We don't have much control over the licensing system beyond that point, so if that doesn't work you'll have to e-mail contact@vbulletin.com.

I wasnt the one who purchased the license , like i mentioned , its sponsored.
The owner of the license cannot be contacted , is out of the country for quite a while.

I will email the admin and see whats up.

It's possible the owner of the license could have removed you from the access list.

I replied to you exactly 4 mintues after you gave me the license info. Here was my response:

"Your email address in not listed on the Priority Forum Support page for this license. You will need to ask the license owner to add it."

What do you mean 'reverted to that reply'? There is no further reply on that ticket.
