I have a project, where we want to release C# files for our community to help develop a 3d game server and enviroment.

is there anything for release on vbulletin.org that is like the vbulletin.org Hacks Database? but for say so we can release our .cs or and other files for our development community?

No, I don't think that something like this currently exists here.
