There seems to be two popular hacks to make the forums "spider friendly".

vB Easy Archive FINAL - Search Engine Spiderable Hack! by skuzzy (http://www.vbulletin.org/hacks/index.php?action=showhack&hackid=843)
and
vbArchive - Search Engine Indexer for vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.org/hacks/index.php?action=showhack&hackid=878)

Can anyone give me the pros or cons of each one?

Thanks.

vb easy archive by skuzzy and myself:
pro: no unneeded stuff
does what it should (indexing threads)
con: it's mainly plain text, not nice to view, so you shouldn't browse it itself

vbArchive by TECK
pro: Nice design, can be used to browse threads without the normal board.
con: well, as for design issues, a lot of useless code for spidering is on the pages, so more bandwidth is needed....
