I apologize if this has been answered before, but is there something, perhaps an e-mail hack, that can e-mail specific users (user controlled) when any threads or responses are posted in a forum. This includes when new threads are created and I'm thinking it would be forum specific.
Thanks,
Doug

dboehme,
You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) (vB-germany users click here (http://www.vbulletin-germany.com/members/forums.php)) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.
You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.
Thank you.

This is the 'Pre-Sale' forum! He obviously isn't going to ask in the pre-sales forum after he buys a license...

Not to make assumptions, but this is also one of the very few questions in which unlicensed members may post. That typically means it gets it share of pirates trying to get support...at an official site running on the company's server, no less.
