//////////////////////////////==========================

NEW UPDATE COMING: I've got this system working with vb3.o and v2.0

New Credits:
Updated Hack: PixelFX
New Thumbnail Includer: Midnightz
And Thanks to everyone below.

Update Coming Soon!

INTRODUCTION:
After searching the web and a few sites, I wanted a way to show single / latest gallery images on my
vbhome/vbulletin forum. This hack, was setup in hopes to help others get a similar result to get gallery
images from photopost to show up on your vbhome/vbulletin front page. The concepts for this hack came is
from a combo of locations, as well as adding some of my own custom hacks and templates.

NOTE 4 vbindex: This hack should work with both vbhome & vbindex, the only difference for vbindex is you would make changes to the vbindex index.php not the vbhome index.php, also you would setup templates for use in the vbindex templates rather vbhome. Make sence? I'll rate a seperate txt for that soon.

CREDITS:
- Grunt for phpinclude,
- Matt Chroust for thumbincluder.php,
- Craigr for helping at vbhome, with support
- TECK for vbhome 4.2
- Enthusiast, Inc. for PhotoPost 4.1.0, RC1 & community
- Jelsoft Enterprises Limited for vbulletin 2.3.2
- vBulletin.org for support learning how to hack vb ;)
- PixelFX for vb/home templates & some custom php vb hacking below.
- midnightz for updated thumbnail includer (see end of thread)

HACK ADDONS:
Forum home addon - Mickie D Follow Link below for addon download

Catigory Exclude Addon - PixelFX Credits in zip file,
http://files.pixelfx.ca/catigory_exclude_addon1.0.zip

LICENCE INFO:
To get all required files you need licenced copy of vbulletin v2.2.x / 2.3.2 & photopost pro 4.1.0+ /

I'm working on version for vb3.0 gamma/RC1 as well, which is in testing :)

FILES NEED:
vBulletin 2.3.3+ (installed) Tested on 2.2.x as well
PhotoPost 4.51+ (Choose to intergrate with vbulletin when you install photopost.)
vBHome 4.2+ (clean install)
thumbincluder.php tweaked, and link to database.
thumbincluder.txt modified by pixelfx for catigory addon - coming soon.
thumbincluder.txt version 2, by midnightz

I take no credit for the thumbnailincluder.php which is needed for this hack to run. Although I have made edits
to it, for my next version of this script

LOCATION OF THUMBNAIL-INCLUDER:
(requires membership account and licence for photopost)
http://www.photopost.com/members/forum/showthread.php?&threadid=26550

for the thumbnailincluder11.txt rename to what ever ya want file.php be sure you set varables to your liking.
Then upload, To your gallery's root directory. I've found you can use multiple files and it works fine :) See addon coming soon for that.

Example: http://www.url.com/gallery/thumbnailincluder.php

SUPPORT:
I will only support this hack on this thread currently. aka here,
if you would like to create addons please PM me :)
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=53539

BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING BACK UP YOUR FORUM DATABASE & GALLERY,
FILES ETC. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I've tested this on my two vb sites, and it works awesome. However I can't predict what it
will do on sites that are heavely hacked.

LAST UPDATED:
December 7th,2003

(note that update news info can befound at end of thread)

Note: This should work if you edit the forum/index.php but only if you want images to show up in
your forums rather than your vbhome. This is something I need to test more, so will post alternate update shortly for that.

NOTE: this version is for vbhome 4.2 to php 4.1.0 intergration, again addon will be posted soon.
NOTE: Text File Download at buttom of file,

News Update: [12.04.2004]
I'm still working on a vb 3.0.3/pp4.8.5 version of this. Its also got a unique gallery/news system with the update. It's taken a while for me to get it out as I've been swamped with contracts, but I hope to release update soon.

how do i get it so that when i click on the picture it opens in new window as at moment for me its opening and closeing down vbhome.

I had a mess and i think its got something to do with thumbnailincluder.php but knowing what code to add is even harder

PixelFx
06-02-2003, 09:20 PM
I'll look into it, you would have to add some target code I'm guessing that would say load a new browser page. aka something like target"_blank" I didn't write the thumbnailer it's self however, you could possible setup when you setup your templates to load a new page there.

Again I'll look into it and post what I find :)

Update:

I'm currently working on a update and testing this with phopost 4.0 pro.. so many have to post a 1.1 version of this script.

PixelFx, yes, please make it to work with version 4.0, so I could see it action. Could you post in the hack the modified thumnailinclude.php file needed for this hack?

Thanks, Marco

PixelFx

working on the hack more today... because the thumnailinclude.php includes code from photopost all I can do is link the forum at photopost where you can download it to keep it legal. Which I will add a link for in the text version. Gotta keep everyone happy :)

update:
going out of town, for a few days, will try and post text release and update for photopost 4.0 intergration when I get back... :) have a great weekend guys...

Hmm

I followed the instructions fine and have got everything how it should be but I get "Query failed", is there a way I can turn on more detailed error reporting so I can see WHAT failed please?

It doesn't include on my vbHome at the moment although $gallery is definately in there.

Thanks a lot

Russ_T

$images_dir =$Url_Path."images/"; //URL of your photopost images dir where default missing thumb image is stored (with / at end)
$rel_dir = "data/"; // path to the data directory where pictures reside RELATIVE
// to the location of THIS file (used for checking thumbs)
//Database Setting
//You must change these values in order to run this script
//These value are not visible in the output page source

$host = "localhost"; //Server Name
$user= "hehe"; //Username
$password= "hoho"; //Password
$database="haha"; //Photopost database name or forum database name

//Display Setting (Changes to fit your page)
$q_switch = "latest"; // "random" or "most_views" or "latest"
$limit = 1; //number of image to show
$table_width = "100%"; //width of the table generated
$column = 1; //number of columns of the table generated
$photo_cell_align = "center"; //alignment of those cells

Like that but with REAL usernames etc :)

Smoothie

// path to the data directory where pictures reside RELATIVE

Russ_T
06-17-2003, 01:31 PM
I did originally try a relative url but that didn't work so I changed it to that, sorry, I have now changed it to

"/data"

because my thumbincluder is in www.zclub.net/gallery/ and data is www.zclub.net/gallery/data

Still getting a query failure though :(

Thanks for your time, much appreciated!

PixelFX - very nice hack. Is there any way you could make this work with Tigga's excellent myvbindex?

I've just purchased Photopost, so this would be a great asset to the homepage.

cinq

Cannot get this to work , running vb2.2.9 , pp3.3.1 , vbhome4.2

All i get is compressed articlebits and a huge blank area on the right side of the index page.

PixelFx
06-18-2003, 06:51 AM
I didn't test the hack with vb2.2.9, however when I set it up I was using vb 2.3.0 final, photopost 3.3.1 and vbhome 4.2, I don't know if it works with 2.2.9 ..

I'm currently working on trying to intergrate this hack with photopost 4.0, vb 2.3.0, and vbhome 4.2..

I'm also playing around with photopost 4.0 and vb3.0 intergration with my test board...

nothing stable yet, but good learning experience..

----

Russ_T your relitive path would be, something like, /usr/home/accountname/gallery/data,

not your http path....

the best way to find that info out is if you have SSH/telnet access on your server. You would just cd to the data dir, then type pwd to get the full path information...

Smoothie

not bad hack but i never got it to work on my vbhome for some reason i just got a black line.

Anyway i went about this another way and its paid off and without any hacking either.

In thumbincluder i changed Line 223 to this so when i clicked on Pics they opened in new window.

print "<A class=\"$class_link\" href=\"$Url_Path"."showphoto.php?photo=".$line['id']. "\" target=\"_blank\">";

Make sure u edit the file first so it actually does connect to your photopost database.

Now i know that was working i just added this code to my forum home template and it works a dream (i have it set to show last 8 new pics)

<IFRAME border="0" name="frame" scrolling=no
src="/******/thumbincluder.php" frameBorder="0" width="960" height="125"> </IFRAME>

**** location of where its stored on your server

yep i know its an iframe but if u read above the code is edited so it opens in new window - try it - works a treat for me anyway.

kewl idea :)

One of the things I've been wanting to do with the thumbnailincluder was add a feature to togge which gallery catigory the gallery image links to. I'm not quite sure what's involved with that yet...

but looking into it, anyone want to try and take a stab at it?

Vbhome 4.2 / Photopost 4.0 / vb 2.3.0 work well together... I just did a clean install and everything seems to be working well.

Demo: updated

Guidster

Here is what I did to suit my needs running 2.2.9, Photopost 4.0 and vBPortal:

On the vBportal homepage, I simply added a center block, selected php script as the type and then added the following line:
include("http://www.allthingsmoto.com/photopost/thumbincluder.php");

I decided to add the thumbnails to the forumdisplay template in lieu of an already busy forum home page, so I added the following to forumdisplay.php:

// +--------------------------------------------------------------
// | Photopost to vbhome Link
// +--------------------------------------------------------------
$templatesused.= 'home_gallery';
eval( '$gallery = "' . gettemplate( 'home_gallery' ) . '";' );

This is identical to what Pixels instructions said to add to the index.php of forumhome.

I created a custom home_gallery template, added the postthumbnail line in the phpinclude template and then called the $posthumbnail from the home_gallery template. Works like a charm!

If you want to see yet another example of these modifications, you can visit www.allthingsmoto.com for the vBportal integration and http://www.allthingsmoto.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=114 to see the thumbnails on my forumdisplay.

Photopost and VB are an awesome pair indeed!

Hi PixelFX - I tried this for myvbindex under advisement and everything went according to plan apart from when you actually view the homepage it shows 'QUERY FAILED'. I believe this is due to the relative path being incorrect for the images and data directory.

I'm on a windows system and tried various paths. My apache install is c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs (htdocs is the web root). Any ideas on what this should be?

Thx.

PixelFx
07-10-2003, 08:28 PM
I've tested this on linux box. But not on windows. Possible sugguestion would be to try

your relitive path as

"c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\forum"

or how ever it's setup on your system.

do you have phpmyadmin setup on your system? I've been debating on setting up an apache test site on my local host as well. If I do then I'll update the txt file for windows as well. If anyone has a windows local box setup, can ya please post here as well.

not sure if that helps but I'll message around with it on my xp system and see what i come up with :P

Intex
07-11-2003, 04:06 AM
PixelFX - yep I have phpmyadmin setup ona local system - so if you want to do any testing, just PM me.

I'll try some other path variations including the one you've highlighted above and let you know.

Intex
07-11-2003, 04:29 AM
OK, I've tried various variations for the path and still get the same 'Query Failed' error. My windows path to the gallery is:

C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs\gallery

The thumbincluder.php file is located in the root of gallery folder above. My configurations settings are currently set to:

$Url_Path = "http://mysite.com/gallery/"; //URL of your photo album, where the index.php is (with / at end)

$data_dir = "http://mysite.com/gallery/data/" ; //URL of your photo dir where those jpeg stored (with / at end)

$images_dir =$Url_Path."images/"; //URL of your photopost images dir where default missing thumb image is stored (with / at end)

$rel_dir = "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/gallery"; // path to the data directory where pictures reside RELATIVE
// to the location of THIS file (used for checking thumbs)
//Database Setting
//You must change these values in order to run this script
//These value are not visible in the output page source

$host = "localhost"; //Server Name
$user= "removed"; //Username
$password= "removed"; //Password
$database="removed"; //Photopost database name or forum database name

I've tried a variety of paths for the $rel_dir , including:

1. "C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs\gallery"
2. "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/gallery" (to make sure PHP is ok with the path)
3. "C:\\Program Files\\Apache Group\\Apache\\htdocs\\gallery" (which vB required for installation)
4. "C:\Progra~1/Apache~1/Apache/htdocs/gallery" (short name in case LFN's are causing the problem"

PixelFx
07-12-2003, 06:08 AM
Although I'm on linux this is how I have my thumbnail includer setup. Also I have the thumbnail includer setup in my gallery/root.

$Url_Path = "http://www.shukenja.com/gallery/"; //URL of your photo album, where the index.php is (with / at end)
$data_dir = "http://www.shukenja.com/gallery/data/" ; //URL of your photo dir where those jpeg stored (with / at end)
$images_dir =$Url_Path."images/"; //URL of your photopost images dir where default missing thumb image is stored (with / at end)
$rel_dir = "data/"; // path to the data directory where pictures reside RELATIVE
// to the location of THIS file (used for checking thumbs)

rather than use path names I've used full site url etc... for linking the file up.

again it's not windows but you can see how I Have it setup... It works perfectly on my setup but I can't account for all systems, will try to help where I can though.

if anyone else us using a localhost windows box/system for running their forum and use this hack, if you find a solution please feel free to post it here.

Russ_T has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - Photopost, vBulletin & vBHome Intergration v1.5 - Updated - in the Beta Hacks forum of vBulletin.org Forum. You can now reply to the thread by replying to this message. All you need to do is to make sure this code appears in the e-mail subject: [thread-53539-]

Here are the contents of the post:

Heya,

Could you do a mini guide on how to upgrade from the previous version and changes please?

Thanks
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Russ_T, if you have version 1.0 installed it should work fine when you upgrade to photopost 4.0.1 .. a lot of the changes in 1.5 are just clean ups of code, etc.
I'm currently working on a txt file, as long as your on linux your forums, vbhome and photoshop should work. Clean install or upgrading to new versions of vbulletin or photopost.
This hack in it's current state should be compatable with vb2.2.x scripts.
when vb3.0 goes gold I'll look at trying to make a version for that :)
because i have my gallery site on another domain and my gallery domain went down for 24 hours and all my members told me there was an error and i was taking ages to load :(
maybe if you had php code where if the first url is unreachable then it would take another url to an image with GALLERY CURRENTLY OFFLINE instead of messing all the forums up :(
I'm trying to get my code to show up with multiple Thumbnail includers on the same forum, with multi-ple catigories. showing up specifically.
thanks very much i dont get any errors or any problems unless my other url goes down then the implode code gives about 4 errors.. and that really slows my site down .. but hopefully my gallery wont go down anymore :(
sorry i was not clear :(
there is nothing wrong with your coding :) it works fine
but i have my gallery on another site (not the same as my forums) and when the gallery site is down because of the gallery site hosts
then my forums get alot of errors from the other site being down
but i suppose if you keep your gallery on the same site as the forums then it will be fine, but unlucky me has it on another site and if the gallery goes down then my forums might aswell be down aswell because the speeds are crazy slow and my forums get alot alot of errors :(
hope that makes sense
Mickie D,
Got for it, with your permission I'll add your credit, and code to the front page of this hack / update txt, as an addon if you would like. Add it to this thread.
I don't use IIS either, all my stuff will be running on apache as well. So far I've tested this hack on my main site even added exclusive catigories, and multi-ple thumbnail includers on the same database, etc, and it all loads perfectly.
PixelFX - ok thx. no problems. Let me know - I'll be waiting to test :).
Mickie D - I'm using Apache, but I'm using myvbindex as my homepage hack. Can you copy me your configuration file for thumbincluder.php, specifically PixelFX and myself weren't sure about the paths. Here is my config settings for thumbincluder.php:
//PhotoPost Setting
//You must change these values in order to run this script
$Url_Path = "http://mysite.com/gallery/"; //URL of your photo album, where the index.php is (with / at end)
$data_dir = "http://mysite.com/gallery/data/" ; //URL of your photo dir where those jpeg stored (with / at end)
$images_dir =$Url_Path."images/"; //URL of your photopost images dir where default missing thumb image is stored (with / at end)
$rel_dir = "data/"; // path to the data directory where pictures reside RELATIVE
My actual site structure is:
mysite.com (root)
|--- myvbindex.php (equivalent to vbindex)
|--- Gallery (photopost location)
|--- thumbincluder.php
|--- Forum (vbulletin install)
I believe its just the path info that's incorrect, so if you could copy me your settings as above, I'd appreciate it :).
There are no XP based permissions set on that directory. Photopost operates correctly, so surely that should be fine?
Are you talking about granting specific permissions to the Apache server?
PixelFx
I haven't had a chance to try it yet, building my personal site, at the moment, and doing clean install with photo's latest version...
also I've heavely modified my thumbnail-includes's / plural ;)
----
I need to setup vbindex on my local host to make the changes, I don't think there is much of a change for how vbhome and vbindex link photo's to the main page, with how this hack works. Infact I think you could do the same as the vbhome install I have in the first post but make your vbindex index.php rather than your vbhome index.php ;)
although I have tested that yet, I think that would be the only change in the instructions... I think however making it work with xp, is another story all together ;)
I'll try and post your addon shortly :P I cleaned up the first post quite a bit last night to make the installer and information for the hack easier to read.
let me know what you think :)
Intex
OK - I think I'm onto something now. Looking at the actual queries within thumbinclude.php, I noticed that it was referencing tables that don't even exist (highlighted in yellow / bold below), i.e.
switch ($q_switch) {
case "most_views":
if ( !IsSet($cat) ) {
$group_title = "Most Popular Images - All Categories";
$query = "SELECT id,user,userid,cat,title,bigimage,views FROM photos WHERE bigimage!='' AND approved='1' $exclude_cat ORDER BY views DESC LIMIT $limit";
}
else {
$query = "SELECT id,user,userid,cat,title,bigimage,views FROM photopostphotos WHERE bigimage!='' AND approved='1' $exclude_cat AND cat in ($catquery) ORDER BY views DESC LIMIT $limit";
$group_title = "Most Popular Images - $catname";
}
When I installed photopost, this got installed into the same database as the vB forum. All of my photopost tables have a prefix of photopost, i.e. photopostphotos, photopostcategories. I therefore looked through the file and changed the SQL statements I could find and changed them so that they had the prefix 'photopost' in front, i.e.
switch ($q_switch) {
case "most_views":
if ( !IsSet($cat) ) {
$group_title = "Most Popular Images - All Categories";
$query = "SELECT id,user,userid,cat,title,bigimage,views FROM photopostphotos WHERE bigimage!='' AND approved='1' $exclude_cat ORDER BY views DESC LIMIT $limit";
}
else {
$query = "SELECT id,user,userid,cat,title,bigimage,views FROM photopostphotos WHERE bigimage!='' AND approved='1' $exclude_cat AND cat in ($catquery) ORDER BY views DESC LIMIT $limit";
$group_title = "Most Popular Images - $catname";
}
I can't see how this would work given those SQL statements previously, but even when I change the SQL statements (4 x photopostphotos and 2 x photopostcategories), I still get the same 'Query Failed'.
It must be related to this, so any other ideas now?
Intex
08-31-2003, 08:08 PM
OK - Success !! Changing each of the queries did actually work - it was just that my page was cached :p.
So basically, the only thing you need to make people aware of is if they have a different photopost prefix option set (when they installed - see Photopost Config options: PhotoPost Database Prefix (cannot be changed)), then they need to alter each of the lines of code where the SQL statements are, to include the prefix of their photopost database tables as shown in my example above. I'd actually put the code changes here, but it would breach copyright :).
Of course, if someone can find out what the variable is for this config option in Photopost, then the variable could be setup in the thumbincluder file :cool:.
Anyway, thx to PixelFX and Mickie D for trying to help with this one. If anything it made me actually go through the thumbincluder file line by line until I actually found the problem :D.
Intex
08-31-2003, 08:18 PM
My earlier posts were to do with a specific problem of not getting the hack to work. This has now been sovled and I posted the solution.
All that I need now is to exclude photopost photos that are 'private' from showing on the homepage. At the moment it's showing private photos which would usually require a password for a member to see.
This hack is awsome pixelfx there is no limitations to what you can do with it and the thumbincluder.php
i currently have it running on my PPC search engine and my sql links site lol
also as per my pm good news i nealy have thumbincluder.php showing top 5 uploaders (well quite a bit away lol, it shows top uploaders and makes my pages go completely crazy... still better than it was not working at all yesterday lol ... i will keep plugging away and will let you know how i get on)
Mickie D
09-01-2003, 10:38 PM
right i have this now working with a huge difference :)
i can call anything from photopost now :)
i modified the thumbincluder to call a script from the photopost scripts instead of using $user, $database,
i called a script using
require
that has the database user and pass included and also has all the globals used
now i have got my pictures aswell as top submitters and diskspace used
it is pretty complicated to do and i will need to talk to pixelfx
i am on holiday in the next few days so i will be away for a while hopefully i can leave all my guides in pixelfx's hands and he can sort it ???
or just wait for me to get back :)
themonarch
I'm trying to tweak this script to just call one user's photo(s) and use that over in each member's profile... here's what I edited in thumbnailer, but it's not working right. It calls user 1's thumbnails.
//Display Setting (Changes to fit your page)
$q_switch = "theuser"; // "random" or "most_views" or "latest" or "theuser"
$limit = 10; //number of image to show
$table_width = "80%"; //width of the table generated
$column = 2; //number of columns of the table generated
$photo_cell_align = "center"; //alignment of those cells
and then this further down:
//added by themonarch
case "theuser":
if ( !IsSet($cat) ) {
$group_title = "Individual Users Photo";
$query = "SELECT id,user,userid,cat,date,title,description,keywords ,bigimage,width,height,filesize,views,medwidth,med height,medsize,approved,rating FROM photos WHERE bigimage!='' AND userid='$bbuserid'";
}
else {
$query = "SELECT id,user,userid,cat,date,title,description,keywords ,bigimage,width,height,filesize,views,medwidth,med height,medsize,approved,rating FROM photos WHERE bigimage!='' AND userid='Sbbuserid'";
$group_title = "Individual Users Photos";
}
break;
//themonarch
You can see it here:
http://www.allartistaccess.com/mediapost/thumbnailer2.php?userid=1
If you change the userid to userid=43, it still pulls user 1's images.
PS i noted your pm pixelfx about the thumbincluder and modding it (i will tell matt about what i have done to it and ask his permissions b4 i share anything) and i will only post my thumbincluder that i mod on the photopost site !!! :)
I'm currently testing update for photopost 4.1 final vb2 / vb3.0 support for next update. I'm also playing with specific news and catigory linking for specific gallery and vbforums on there own news pages if that made sence. It's working well but still testing, I'm also working on custom templates in photopost 4.1 for better site intergration both on forum home / vbhome / support for vbindex.
Mickie D is also doing a great job on forum home, and pulling other photopost data to the forum home etc. ALthough we are not yet currectly working directly together we have common goals which as you can see in the posts above help the community over all.
I'm still relatively new to hacking vbulletin, so this is a learning process for me which is quite fun, however is time consumming so I'll try and support and post updates in a timely manner. :)
There's something important to mention here (if it hasn't been mentioned already somewhere in this thread).
I was receiving the 'Query Failed' message for a day or two until I finally started searching around on threads and found someone's solution that worked like a charm, and while I forget who it is, they're a great, great person to get this going and noticing something that I had completely skipped.
In an untouched thumbinclude.php around line 177 they'll be a bunch of these similiar-looking $query statements. >
$query = "SELECT id,user,userid,cat,title,bigimage,views FROM photos WHERE bigimage!='' AND approved='1' $exclude_cat ORDER BY views DESC LIMIT $limit";
Note the 'photos'.
It's a simple oversight, but if you've added a prefix on to Photopost's queries during it's install, say 'photopost_photos' (as I have it on my forum), then you would most certainly get the Query Failed message as I did.
So to remedy this, I added the prefix:
$query = "SELECT id,user,userid,cat,title,bigimage,views FROM photopost_photos WHERE bigimage!='' AND approved='1' $exclude_cat ORDER BY views DESC LIMIT $limit";
And boom, it came up and worked beautifully.
Each of the $query statements in the thumbinclude.php need to be edited the same way if they're making a call to 'photos' rather than, like in my example, 'photopost_photos'.
<edit>
Btw, ty Pixel and Mickie. :)
And heck, this may have actually been mentioned in this thread. My brain ain't with it.
update october 4th,
been working on update for this hack, using the new photopost v4.1.2 and vb 2.3.2 or vb 3.0, I'm rewriting a lot of the code in the thumbnail includer... I hope to have update some time in the near future, if work doesn't kill me first ;)
so far it's for vb2.3.2, and photopost 4.1.4, I've almost completely rewritten the thumbnail includer, the new system will be in a few parts to support cms systems and non cms etc, I'm still working on install info, and testing it.
so yes there will be a future release, just swamped with off line stuff till after november 10th then plan to release a killer update to this hack :)
Hey all you photopost/vbulletin hackers! :)
Excellent work PixelFX and Mickie D!
Well, that project I was working on got scrubbed (allartistaccess.com) and I never did get it working. Was swamped on 3 other projects after that. Well, now I've got some more free time and if I get something working or something to add, I will.
Peace and PHP forever!
// Version 2.0
//////////////////////////////===================
Features in next version
- Full Intergration for vbulletin 2.3.3 + photopost 4.6 Final when released
This allows members to have there own private web page with link to there own gallery, and have news from the forums specific to there own page show up on there page :) Custom Php file as well.
- Custom Style Support or Unique Style Support Intergration. Planned
Other:
- Template Changes, for both vb & photopost,
- Works with or with out vbhome.
ETA for release NA, however I wanted to post and say the hack isn't dead, I'll also be working on stupport of this hack for vbulletin 3.0.0 Gamma / RC1 when that is released.
Update: I'll be working on a vb2 and vb3 RC2 update for this, once I have access to vbulletin.com again ;) I've been able to make vb2.3.3 and photoshop 4.6 intergration work well, and working on my test server shortly for pp 4.6+ and vb3 rc2+ as soon as humanly possible.
PixelFX - I guess with vB2.3.3 and PP4.6 the thumbincluder is not compatible?
Photopost updates more than anything I have ever seen. I will do a test run on the upgrade and upgrade the thumbinclude :) gimme a few days. I'm trying to finish 5 websites and also do the Digi-Download hack. I personally think me and Exero should just join forces on that one.
Vbhome 4.2 / Photopost 4.0 / vb 2.3.0 work well together... I just did a clean install and everything seems to be working well.
I just have to make install script, with some easter eggs ;)
