how to publish .hrm files

I would like the data from a heart rate monitor published on the forum (showing the graph, not just attachment). How to do it?

This is what the manufac. of the heart rate monitor says:
Maybe you can solve the case so that the members send the .hrm-files to the
journal and the journal takes care of the publishing.

Can you convert it to a .gif or .jpg graph?
