PM v. 1.2.5 - PHP3

Ed,
I downloaded your PM hack and went through it all and changed all the endings from .php to .php3. But for some reason when I run makeprivtables.php3, it gives me an error:

What do I do to fix this ?... Grr.. This is pissing me off.

Of the source itself, or when I've editing it. (frontpage for example).

I'm going to snap. This is the 3rd time trying to set this up.

It seems like your user doesn't have the permission to alter a table.
Contact your host or add the appropriate permissions.
