Looking for a template modfication

I have seen this on more forums but can't find it here. If you check www.emutalk.net you will see next to the forum name in the right upper cornes of the table 3 little icons: One to check for new posts in that forum, one to create a new thread and one to subscribe yourself to that forum. Does anyone where I can download this template modification? Thanks a lot.
