I am not sure where to put this so if this isnt right please move to the correct spot.
I need to put the Welcome Panel on a catagory home. Meaning, I have seperate all female area of our boards and we have a seperate url that takes people direct to that catagory with all the forums under it.
I have tried almost everything to move the welcome panel there and I cant do it. Any ideas?
