Take a look at my Forum main page.... I need something.... Something like a "welcome" panel but Not like the "famous" one that has been released.

Do you have any ideas? Thoughts??

Well in my personal thoughts. I think a welcome panel would be good but you need to move that other stuff that is at the top to the bottom. I'm not trying to be mean but to me it just seems like something that goes on the bottom. You might not have to move it all just the Currently Active Users. Also your Quick Search is a little over done mabe it is whas just a text box and not of the rest and more incorporated with the image at the top maybe? Also if you decide to make your own Welcome panel maybe you could include the tip of the day with it as well.

Just some thoughts don't get mad it is just what I would do and since you are not me you probably won't do it.

Thank you, I'm not mad, I can actually take constructive criticzism... I cant spell it but I can take it. I'm inclined to agree with you on some of it. Do you have any ideas maybe how I can make it NOT look so vB ish? Do you know of a "welcome panel" that would work?

The Tip of the Day should still be at the top, though, because the way you set the permissions up, it can result in more registrations when people try to read the whole tip.

I'm not really worried about numbers of members, more content.. Our "niche" is best with a smaller group I'm finding.
