i need a hack where i can like fake what the section shows as on the forum home

it may be

something one

but i want it to show as

HELLO YOU
whats up

untill they click it and go into the section, can this be done?

Just out of curiosity, why would you want to do this?

Also, I assume that you want the fake forum title and description to be user defined?
