Poll Item - Lesane's Store Hack Addon

Many of my board members have requested this.. and I like it but do not have enough knowledge as to how vB functions to program this. I disabled polls because they were overused.. so if I can make this a purchasable item in the store that allows you to create one poll when purchased.. it would be perfect. Can anyone create this?
