Bold/Icon Admin posts

There's gotta be a hack for this already, but I've spent the last hour looking and can't find it -- so help! ;)

What I'm looking for:
A hack that makes the thread title bold of a post started by admins...

or

A post started by admins is highlighted similar to the way a sticky post is (with a work or graphic after the title that calls attention to it)

or

a combination of the two ;)

or

The ability for admins only to add smilies to their thread titles (hence creating their own call-out)

For the last one, there's a hack that lets users (not sure who, though) use vB code in their thread titles, and the vB code parser also parses smilies. :)

Thanks for replying Filburt. I did see that -- but I only want something like that available to admin (and maybe mods). Any ideas?
