Anyone can help me to make a banner?

can anyone help me making a banner for my forum? my forum is at http://www.asianguild.com Right now, the banner is not appropriate with the page color. Can someone please help me to make just a simple banner with just text? And the size would prefer to be the same as current banner size. I really hope someone out there can help me. Thank you very much. :)
