Find in your postbit template:

<normalfont><b>$post[username]</b></normalfont><br>
Replace it with:


<normalfont color="XXXXXX"><b><span style=;height:2;filter:glow(color=#XXXXXX;strength :3)>$post[username]</span></b></normalfont><br>

Replace XXXXXX with the hex colors of your choice.
