Thread Rating

How do you turn on thread rating? I searched high and low through the ACP but can't find it. I have rated some of my threads but they never show. I have a rate table but all empty.

The default option is set to show when two users have rated so it will only show when two people have voted. You can change this by going to the vBulletin Options in the admin cp, then go to Forum DIsplay Options and look for "Showing Votes", and hcange it to whatever you want it. :) Hope that helps.
