[Store Addon] Buy song for other user

There is a Jukebox Hack but only buy the song for self!
I have seen a hack of Discuz! forum which could buy a song for other users
Being beginner of PHP Coding, I cant make one although have that hack source code!
May I ask some people to make one for vBB? =)

Screenshot Description:
1) My Profile---listed username, cash, money in bank and total money you have(cash plus money in bank)
2) How much is a song? And tell me go to bank for withdraw if not enough cash
3) A autoscroll or non-scroll column to display, "UserA have bought a song (or songname) for UserB ", this sentence also is a link which for click to listen! Also Admin may set these messages display in X days
4A) "To Who" field to enter username who is you buy for
4B) A link code for search user
4C) choose the song with drop menu which listed the songs Forum provided
4D) Click if you wish to play another song not included in list
4E) Enter the song name and URL. This field will hide if 4D not to be clicked
4F) Enter the words you wish say to receiver
4G) Two options, one is send PM to receiver, second is only allow the receiver to listen
4H) Confirm & Reset button

While playing the song
Description:
1) Playing the song! That support Realplay format, MP3, Mini, WMV, ASX, SWF
2) Display the message which the sender wish to say
Also:
3) You could see the Enter the song name and URL field is hide if 3A not to be clicked

If someone not the receiver have clicked the link message, there is a word, "Sorry! This song only play for UserB"
