[prefix] Hack

I'm pretty sure that there's already one out there, but I can't find it. I need a hack that will allow me to enable a option for different prefixes in front of a posted subject. Example:

[Gaming News] Half Life 2 Confirmed for the Xbox!

or

[Comic News] Spider-Man 2 is in Production!

So can anybody create this hack or lead me to it?

filburt1, I'm not bumping a thing - just installing a lot of hacks.
I need a prefix hack, other from the hack ready. It need to have an option, to read the values from one row and the names from other and to add the chosen values from <select> in the db together with the uploaded smileys, or avatars. Get the point?
