Hello,

I was wondering if it is illegal to post downloads of vBulletin hacks on my site, I'm 99% sure, just want to check.

Another thing, can I have discussion on my message boards for help on installing hacks? Of course, no downloads are provided.

Another thing, can I post links to this site where you can download the hack?

I just wanted to clear this up. Thank you for any response.

all of those things i mentioned are illegal? even discussing installing hacks?

It's not illegal to discuss them (we have free speech of course), but I would recommend against it because your site would just become a haven for pirates.
