ight, when the clock settings are set in threw the admincp, that is only for server right...pointing to the admin who is setting them...

so each user has to set their own time settings within their contorl panel right?

If you want it so users can set their own time, just set the Admin CP time to GMT and so the offset and onset of times in the AdminCP will match the realtime.
