New hack?

I was just starting to get active on these forums again, and I realized I really never released any kind of hack. My lack of PHP knowledge probably has something to do with it, but I am more than motivated to try. I was curious if anyone wanted to work with a bit of a "noob" on a simple hack, I have a few ideas and they shouldn't envolve more than one or two file edits. I just really have a burning desire to better myself from my limited knowledge of PHP, and what better way to learn then doing it :) Now, I am not asking anyone to just come and tutor me by any means... and I am not looking for someone to baby me through this, I intend to work just as hard as I can to the best of my ability. So if anyone has the patience to work with a beginner, please let me know :)

Why not just post your ideas here and you can get the help from many people...take a stab at what you think the code should look like and we can tell you why it will or why it will not work or even what you can do to make it better.....

Yeah, I have thought about that, but that would probably just result in a massive Q&A session and I really didn't want that. I have been modifying code long enough to know the format and the features, but I have no idea where to start from :-\

I'm a beginner too but it helps if you study the hacks you're putting on your site. See how exactly they work and what codes make them work.

Also study vB's own codes. :)

Yeah, I have been doing that... I have been hacking PHP since I used my free YaBB forums :D.
