rollover image not loading up properly plz help

im using the register/usercp hack in here to have my nav bar less cluttered, but the rollover image wont load up not unless someone hovers the mouse over the blank [x], please tell me what im doing wrong... heres the code im using...

right click on image, make sure path is right
