Help pls.....this is seroiusly pi$$ing me off

on occassions i keep getting this error

I only when using the forums. i havent got the error on vbhome (lite) yet.

I keep asking my web host why i am getting the error and he dosnt know ..........

any ideas how to clear up this problem???

the actual error values change depending on the page im trying to load

The script is running out of memory which means either PHP is very badly configured or the script is taking up a relatively huge amount of RAM.

The fact that your host didn't know what it meant is not a good sign. You may want to research new hosts.

Get your host to edit php.ini and change memory_limit value to 16M.

Thanks Erwin, I have emailed my host asking him to alter the value. If this fails I will look at filberts suggestion :(

I dont want to to find a new host but if it is a must I will look around (he is supplying me with 12 month hosting packages as give aways :) )
