Hello

I am sending out emails and Community Bulletins and the number I send to keeps getting smaller.

Is there a way of forcing the bulliten to go out to all?

Also can you please tell me how I can set the "receivebulletin" back so all users recieve it. By the way is that 0 or 1 ?

Also what is "adminemail" ? Is that Admin Email and if users turn it on then I can email them via the forum and if not I cant?

I believe there's a hack for this (adminemail is what you're looking for; it defines who gets mass e-mails from the admin CP).
