[ Store and Journal integration (v1.0) ]

This was requested by sabret00the (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=28055) and bumped up by kaotic (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=31518) and Koutaru (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=29365) in this thread (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=49277).
What happens is basically, when the journal author posts an entry, it adds him 'X' points (set in the ACP), and when he deletes an entry, it deletes 'X' points (same ACP option).
Same with user journal comments, which is based on the same thing, but a different option set in the ACP.
You can also make it cost for a user to create a journal, which is also set in the ACP (and if you don't want to use this, just leave it at '0').
