How Do I Transfer?

I have found a new host. I have a back-up of my database (executed through vB ACP). How do I go about trasferring my database?

The backup in the Admin CP is not reliable except for the smallest of forums. The most reliable method is explained here:

I see you have 36 posts on your forum, you should be ok with that. What is the size of the backup?
