[CORRECTED] Preview PM sends the PM

I just tried to preview a private message I was writing and when I went to preview it, the message was sent instead. Just thought I'd let someone know. ;)

i take out the previewlink for now.
think it's because of preview was just hacked in, and i tried to delete as much unneeded hacks as possible while upgrading to vb230.

for now you ahve to live without this addition, until we upgrade to vb3 :)
