-Another rap/hip hop community. ;)
-Navbar/links are nice, I'm not too fond of your header banner though. Bit plain.
-Scheme is too dark for my liking, but still okay looking.
-Banner is too big for 800X600, creates a big scroll.

It was released at podesigns.co.uk i believe :)

Apart from the nasty bevel in the header it looks nice :)
