User doesn't see his own "buddy/ignore" in profile.

[ Users do not see their own "Add X to ignore/buddy list" (v1) ]

I devised this when thinking "Why do I have Ignore/Buddy in my own profile?".
So I placed this hack together.
What it does is gets rid of the text "Add X to ignore/buddy list" and replaces it only if it is not you.

[Things to do]
1 file to edit (member.php).
1 template to edit (getinfo).
0 new files.
0 new templates.
0 queries to run.

Estimated Time of Installation:
About 2 minutes max.
