PLEASE HELP!!! I need to save me style!

Oh dear god, I've gone and done it now.. I completly ***** myself over... my whole site is screwed luckly I dont have any members but I dont want my 2 weeks worth of customizing templates to go down the drain... my account got deleted the whole db is screwed over.. is there a way I can save my style through phpmyadmin because I cant loginto the admincp... someone just tell me what tables I need to backup and overwrite after I install a new copy of vb or if their is an easier way let me know.. like somehow inserting a user then going on to the admincp

phew..... I managed to save the style by exporting the template table and then dropping the template table on the freshly installed vb and uploaded the new one and I was set! yeah!!!!
