Having some trouble with "welcome panel [final]"

This is my board. It's for MK4 Volkswagen owners.

I had a friend install the "welcome panel [final]" and well -- it works great when you are logged in... but when you arrive to the website as a guest -- it goes all funky (please click above link).

its not 2 do with the file mate its to do with the templates ! the template that needs to be edited it forumhome_logincode :D

Forgive my ignorance -- but what in the "template" must I edit?

it looks like you have <td>'s and <tr>'s screwing things up, they might be closing too early and cutting off the rest of the info
