ok i know there is alot of things that can relate to this subject but what hacks do you guys recomend for security???

i have a .htaccess file in my admin folder etc to get more security there.

but what other things would be needed to boost a bit of security as i am scared of hackers etc..?! :bandit:

Disable HTML everywhere, use hard to guess usernames and passwords, don't browser your forums as an admin, etc.

change the name of the admin directory with some hackingexperience.

log ips..
or if you have a static ip, restrict the acp to this ip

you can change it into every name, but you must make sure, that you rename all references to admin files in your files, too :)
