i assume you mean the "moderated by..." bits. the only ones i can think of are up the top of the forums, and in the forum listing.

quick fix:

to remove the one up the top of the forums, just remove the line that says something like $moderatedby$onlineusers from your forumdisplay template

to remove the one in the forum listing, check out the forumdisplay_forumbit templates and pull out the line to display it if its in there.

shouldnt screw your template up... even if it did just replace those lines with a <br>

It's a simple template edit.
Shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes, depending on how familiar you are with the templates.

well, the answers are there... at least try saintdogs method first - it looks very simple and step-by-step, instead of just saying it 'takes a while'.

If it does mess your template up, thats what backups are for, and you might even learn something about your board while you do it. Im not sure exactly what you expect people to tell you to help you if you wont help yourself... the answer is probably right there in the method you don't want to try and had all along.

You have a method already which is meant to work... at least try it out before looking for more. :lick:

Don't get demanding or I'll close the thread. The answer lies in the templates and SD's way is currently the accepted way.

I've just looked at your forums and there is no reason to suggest why saint dog's method of doing it will not work... You must be following the instructions incorrectly :)
