Loaded Extensions in Admin CP

This hack shows what extensions your configuration of PHP has loaded in your admin CP. This is useful for end users who try to install hacks with requirements like "this hack requires the GD extension" and for developers to find out what extensions they have loaded with PHP and can work with.

If the instructions don't look right, open them in WordPad.
