Animated Floating Birthday Balloons if it's user's birthday!

Okay, I'm formally requesting this hack get made:

When a user has a birthday and they visit forumhome, balloons drop down for the user ONLY (similiar in design to the falling snow thread above). Noone else can see these but the person whose birthday it is.

Doable? :D

Create a new style for their birthday, use that hack but replace the snowflakes with balloons and install this hack here :D
