New IRC applet

Found a new IRC applet, thought I might let everyone know.

I've been trying to get it to work with vBulletin, but I'm running into some minor issues, will let everyone know if I get it working.

Demo works for me. Also, the basic model works for me as well...just cant get it to cooperate with vBulletin. (I think it has something to do with vB taking out slashes)
