Color Hack?

I saw this hack several time's... VbT used to have it. It make's the titles a different color. (eg: admins - blue , moderator - green , banned - red) I'm wondering what to search for to get it. Thanks.

oh, and vBT uses vb3 there it's a standard feature

You sure you don'tmean vB2.3.0? Xenon is referring to vB3.0.0 which isn't released to the public yet. :D
