HELP pls: graphic loading in forum

some of my users complain that with the new layout, the graphic load the same time with the page load , as the result it tooks a long time for them to see the pages.

so i would like to know why ? you can i make the graphic load after the page load?

should i use the full url :http://mydomain.com/graphi.gif
or use only /graphic.gif ?

Always use relative paths unless you need to use an absolute.
