I need a new forum design...

I have added a bunch of great hacks and everything for my message board, but I still need to work on my board's visual appeal:

There is just too much space in the top. I need to somehow incorporate all of my board stats and icons...

Any suggestions?

I think you've got to edit the templates header and footer. On 1024 resolution the header looks crushed in the center, so does the footer.

Play about with them, maybe have a longer banner with buttons below for user-cp, etc. Then maybe add a stats panel to the footer with your total members, etc.

Try to space them out as they look too crushed!

to be honest i've been wanting to remake my style sets for a little while now but;

1. i'm lazy
2. i'll only have to do it again when vb3 comes out
