Scroll Bar

I saw someone make a scroll bar like the one I have attached. I was wondering if someone could tell me how I could make it like this on my forum home.

It seems quite complex.

Most likely it's just editing the CSS in the headerinclude template. View that page's source and see what CSS code they have for their scrollbar.

It's called use a Mac, that's what Aqua looks like :)

@ filburt1 thats a shame, is there any way to do something like this in IE???

In IE you can only change the colors, not the shape, unless you use Javascript which is a bad idea.
