User Commenting

Forgive me if this hack has already been released and I just missed it, but if someone could make a hack where you could comment on users in their profile and it would be displayed their that would be great. I'm looking for something like this:

nah thats a custom hack made by afterlab and i doubt hes going to release it... i've made something similiar in the past as well as something newer but i don't feel its quite capable of being fully functional...

vb3 includes user commenting if i remember correctly...
